Offshore Lifeboat Services:
From the beginning Cap Sante International has been involved with
the offshore industry providing Lifeboat inspection and repair services.
CSI has been successful in large part by developing lifecycle and full-
spectrum dry-dock and in-service lifeboat repair programs with our
clients to meet stringent off-shore industry safety repair standards.

Our lifeboat repair services range from mandatory SOLAS Annual
& 5-yearly on-load release system inspection and certification to
emergency structural fiberglass GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic)
services including manufacture of class- and flag-approved
lifeboat replacement components.

Cap Sante International recognizes the need to access class-
approved chemicals such as fire-rated resins and fiberglass (GRP)
materials to support emergency lifeboat and non-emergency
lifesaving appliance service events. Over the last ten years,
Cap Sante International has set up fiberglass (GRP) material
support depots across the United States and Canada, as well
as material stocking agreements in Europe, Australia and Asia.

Having strong Life Saving Appliance (LSA) manufacturer
support is an important component of our client services.
Cap Sante International can provide not only lifeboat parts
from original manufacturers, but has dedicated aftermarket
supply chains for critical components that are no
longer available. CSI is a primary source for "Original
Equipment Manufacturer" (OEM) approved service and
supply of parts components for many of the major lifeboat,
davit and hook manufacturers including:

and parts supply for most marine diesel engine, mechanical &
electrical systems, providing complete product support for
Yanmar, STYER, Perkins, Ivecco, SAAB, BUKE and Volvo
SOLAS-approved lifesaving appliance marine diesels.

Cap Sante International maintains original manufacture
certifications for the majority of major lifeboat manufacturers
and continuously attends manufacturer-sponsored training &
certification events.

To insure Cap Sante International's compliance with SOLAS
regulations and ensure CSI meets our off-shore clients expectations,
our service groups are routinely audited by Lloyd's Register to the
ISO2008 quality management standard. Additionally, Cap Sante
International has developed an auditable CSI-mandated training and
familiarization program to provide continuing education for all
Cap Sante International senior service engineers and trainees.

Our field engineers are available to provide pre-dry dock in-
service repair survey to identify deficiencies, create class-approved
work scope outlines, and provide needed repairs as required to
ensure safe, dependable in-service operation for our off-shore
clients' LSA safety equipment.
