Abandon Ship  Team mates will don a life jacket, enter the water, survive the “purity” test, proceed to a “HELP” position and finally get into a team huddle.
Castaway In A Survival Suit Team mates will properly don a survival suit, enter the water, form a raft with all members and finally swim in tandem the length of the pool.
Castaway In A Lifeboat  Team mates will launch a life raft, inflate it and then enter the raft. Mates will then individually flip a capsized life raft right side up and enter it from the water.
Castaway At Sea Team mates will enter their raft with one goal in mind; to get rescued. The first step is to prioritize the contents of the ditch bag taken just before the vessel sank. The process will lead to clues of survival and teamwork.

The “Castaways” clad in survival gear within the boundaries of our swimming pool will be given objectives to complete, have scarce resources, be limited by time and face a variety of surprise obstacles. This team building event is divided into four progressive phases; each one a little more complicated and requiring greater teamwork.  At the end of each phase the facilitator will invite participants to offer opinions, strategies and ideas. Teams will be challenged to take their team support, and therefore their overall performance, to the next level in order to achieve success.
